Welcome. These terms set out the simple ground rules for using our website, ordering our egg delivery service and receiving your subscription box. By doing so, you agree to what's written here.
When you set up a recurring delivery we'll maintain your schedule as arranged. If your needs change, please let us know as early as you can so we can adjust your subscription or free up capacity for other customers. We may pause deliveries if you're consistently unavailable without notice.
Our egg varieties, packaging options and prices reflect the season and our farm's current supply. If a product you've ordered is temporarily unavailable, we'll always suggest the closest fresh alternative from our natural products range.
For larger custom orders or specialty requests we ask for a few days' notice and may request a deposit. If you need to cancel, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll work with you as flexibly as we reasonably can.
You're welcome to browse and share our pages. Please don't copy our content, branding, photography or product descriptions for commercial use without asking us first — we work hard to source our eco-friendly products and tell their story.
We take real care over every egg we deliver, every rooster we raise, and every detail on this site, but we can't promise the website will always be free of errors or interruptions. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll put it right.
